These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of EVALZZ our AI-powered talent intelligence and hiring platform. By using EVALZZ, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EVALZZ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

  • Use EVALZZ only for lawful purposes

  • Provide accurate information

  • Not misuse or attempt to hack the platform

  • Not upload harmful, misleading, or plagiarized content

  • Respect the intellectual property of EVALZZ and others

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

4. Data Access & Permissions

When connecting external accounts (GitHub, LeetCode, etc.), you grant EVALZZ permission to access, analyze, and display publicly available or authorized data.

You may disconnect integrations at any time.

5. AI-Generated Insights

EVALZZ provides AI-generated ratings, match scores, and insights based on your activity.
These are estimates and should not be considered absolute judgments of skill.

6. Recruiter Access

Recruiters may view your profile only when you choose to make it visible or apply to a job. EVALZZ is not responsible for recruiter decisions or hiring outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, algorithms, designs, and branding of EVALZZ are owned by the company.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer the platform

  • Scrape data without permission

  • Create fake profiles

  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal

9. Limitation of Liability

EVALZZ is not liable for:

  • Hiring decisions made by employers

  • Loss of data due to user error

  • Third-party platform outages

  • Any indirect or incidental damages

Use the platform at your own discretion.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

11. Changes to Terms

EVALZZ may update these terms at any time. Continued usage after changes implies agreement.
